Our Youth Fitness Program is designed for 8-12 year olds, guiding them through games and exercises to build their strength, stamina, and agility. The class is led by an instructor, however, supporters are expected to attend and provide 1:1 support for their self-advocate.
PLEASE NOTE: these classes have a capacity of 6 self-advocates. Registration occurs on a first come, first served basis. Families will be informed if there is a waiting list.
