In comparison to where we were just two years ago, our “Hours of Engagement” have increased 34% (the hours we have spent serving families); we have served 51% more families at a “Level 2 or More;” and we have served 39% more families at a “Level 3 or More!” I am so proud of our team for how they continue to passionately and innovatively rise to the challenge of delivering our life-changing services and support to more and more families each year! 

In addition to delivering our mission to more families than ever before, we have been focused on how best to deepen our impact by offering new and/or expanded services. We could not do that without the generosity of those who have walked alongside us—as well as the many families who allow us to serve them in the pilot phases and give us feedback, so we can fully develop these programs. 

Without your support and generosity, we wouldn’t have been able to:

• expand our Employment Services to increase capacity that allows more teens and adults into our program, so that they can learn the vocational skills required to obtain meaningful employment and build their careers.
• deepen the impact of our Therapeutic Services by heavily offsetting the fees for families through philanthropic support to ensure access to serve more.
• obtain grant funding so that we could offer Mental Health Services not only to adults with Down syndrome, but also to their families!
• evaluate and respond to the holistic needs of the families we serve by adding services and/or partnering with other community organizations to offer much-needed services for this lifelong journey.
