Customers requesting a refund at least 7 days prior to start of the event will be given a refund for the registration fee minus a $5.00 processing charge.
No refunds will be provided for registrations cancelled within 7 days of an event.
Merchandise Refunds
Refunds will not be granted on merchandise purchases.
Down Syndrome Innovations will replace any merchandise that is deemed faulty within 10 days of purchase, without charge.
General Procedures
Any refund made for an original transaction by credit card will be made back to that credit card.
All refunds for cash or check transactions will be issued within three weeks.
