After a rigorous and thoughtful regional search, Down Syndrome Innovations is excited to announce that the Board of Directors has hired Jennifer L. Dreiling as our new Chief Executive Officer. A results-driven leader with extensive nonprofit experience, Jennifer is known for her strategic vision and proven leadership in driving organizational growth and fundraising success. Over the last 12 years, she helped raise more than $30 million in multiple leadership roles.
“Jennifer’s demonstrated experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising are a perfect fit for Down Syndrome Innovations,” shared Mike Frazier, Chair of the Board of Directors. “Her vision and philanthropic expertise will strengthen our mission and organization as we provide life-changing services to people with Down syndrome of all ages.”
Jennifer joins Down Syndrome Innovations from The Barstow School, where she served as Vice President of Advancement for six years. She successfully led fundraising campaigns including a capital campaign for The Dan & Cassidy Towriss IDEA Space in Leawood, KS. Prior to her role at Barstow, she worked for the Yoder for Congress re-election campaign as the Finance Director/Fundraiser. Among her many talents, Jennifer brings a diverse leadership, fundraising, and event management background proven to drive impactful results through strategic partnerships and innovation.
