Each week, teens will attend a one-hour session with their peers to engage in a variety of healthy living activities (such as exercise, yoga, etc.), as well as to learn and review different topics related to healthy living and staying active.

 

*Groups will be limited to 20 participants per session out of caution. Once a group has reached 20 registered participants, a waitlist will be started. If you sign up for the waitlist, you will be contacted in the event of an open spot for a session.

Mondays: Beginning June 13th

Option 1: 3 - 4 pm
Option 2: 5 - 6 pm

Cost: Complimentary / FREE!
