These virtual groups are focused on building friendships and enjoying conversation in a low-pressure and casual environment, as well as learning skills driven by our organization’s six Pillars of Programming: Daily Living, Communication and Social Skills, Community Engagement, Self-Advocacy, Vocational Development, and Health, Wellness, and Safety. Activities and topics include healthy eating, dealing with stress, online safety, importance of good hygiene, first aid, maintaining good mental health, and other essential skills. 
For safety and security, Zoom meeting reminders and links will be sent directly to registered families the afternoon of the Zoom session.
